One interviewee said "Transform is the oil to the wheels" another said "Transform is the unifying thread".
The evaluators said... Government can take heart that initiatives such as Transform is proving that it can be done locally!

Then join the 'Keep on Moving' fitness group on Tuesdays between 11 - 12 noon at the Ilfracombe Parish Church rooms, £2 per session. This group is led by Alexa, a Chartered Physiotherapist who will help improve your level of fitness. This is for everyone including people who are recovering from illness or for those who just want to get themselves fitter. Do you want a career working with children but don't know how to start?
Then the City & Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Caring for Children course is the first step.
This course is free to people who are claiming qualifying benefits, otherwise the cost is £95. It is being delivered one day a week between 9.15 a.m - 2.45 p.m for seven Wednesday's starting on 18th January 2012 from the Two Lanes Centre, Belvedere Road, Ilfracombe EX34 9JH.
What does the course involve?
It covers the basic aspects of professional childcare including Respecting Children, Encouraging Children to Eat Healthy, Keeping Children Safe and Communication Skills with Children. This qualification can lead to the Level 2 Certificate for the Children and Young People's Workforce.
