Access to services
Access to services is a particular issue for rural communities such as Bratton Fleming, but can also be a problem for those with a disability or low income.
Transform will:
- Accommodate workers at its bases in Ilfracombe, Combe Martin and Bratton Fleming to provide a one-stop-shop for information and advice;
- Help voluntary groups access funding;
- Encourage the use of electronic communications;
- Build communications links in the area;
- Commission research on community transport.
